Led the first comprehensive constitutional revision of the Prefect Team — formalizing practices designed to outlast one leadership term. Missed assignments dropped from ~3/week to 1; class ranked 1st of 7 in the Campus Environment Evaluation. Organized 5 class birthdays, 3 off-campus trips, and the school's first netball tournament (4 faculty, 50+ players, 200+ spectators).
